Here are a few children from the Love & Joy Orphanage in Cairo, Egypt. In Cairo, the children found endless joy from balls that we would probably consider throwing away in the states.
Todd is in the midst of planning his next visit to the orphanages in Zeway, Ethiopia and Cairo, Egypt sometime in October. PureFUN! just had a bake sale to raise money for the newly started orphanage in Ethiopia. When he goes back, he will take the $500+ we raised to do something extra special for our kids.
Magdy and Todd are excited and praying about the opportunity to start another orphan home AND a preschool or daycare center in the actual village of Abossa, Ethiopia. This is the mud and stick hut village where the orphans in our current home came from. Hanna, the founder of Hanna’s Orphan Home, is researching the idea and checking with authorities to see what is needed to start the project.
