Any merchandise that is determined to be defective, incorrect, or damaged may be returned or replaced within 14 days of receiving your order. Authorization must be approved by the manager of the Apparel Department. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for return shipping if necessary. Apparel is considered defective if it is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.) or the embellishment was not applied correctly. Defective merchandise will be replaced by new, non-defective merchandise of the same size, style and color.

While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the best condition possible, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen.  We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction!
